Noys Amsterdam’s “carsets” were live DJ-sets recorded in a driving vehicle. Each Carset would feature a new vehicle for which a custom “table” was built to place over the backseat. This allowed a laptop and DDJ-400 to be placed inside the vehicle, on which the set would then be played.

Carset #001 was recorded in a 1962 Volvo and also served as the debut of NoysSoundSystem, the DJ-duo which would come to be at the forefront of underground trap music in Amsterdam.
